For all returns enquiries please contact us at info@extendeducation.co.uk, quoting your order number and including a description of your issue.
Physical resources
We will only accept returns if the wrong resource has been supplied with a different title / author / ISBN from your original order.
It would be most appreciated if the resources are returned in the original packaging or similar and reasonable care has been taken of the resources to ensure we receive them undamaged.
If resources are faulty or severely damaged then we will replace them at no additional cost. Please contact us at info@extendeducation.co.uk so we can help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Once the issue has been confirmed by a member of the team, a replacement order will be sent out within 2 working days.
Digital resources
We don’t usually offer returns on any of our digital resources. If you are unhappy with your experience or you notice any content issues then we encourage you to contact us at info@extendeducation.co.uk so we can work with you to resolve any issues you may be facing.
