We will only accept returns if the wrong resource has been supplied with a different title / author / ISBN from your original order.
It would be most appreciated if the resources are returned in the original packaging or similar and reasonable care has been taken of the resources to ensure we receive them undamaged.
If resources are faulty or severely damaged then we will replace them at no additional cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Once the issue has been confirmed by a member of the team, a replacement order will be sent out within 2 working days.
