About the authors
Rachel Crutcher
Rachel Crutcher has extensive experience of teaching both A level and GCSE Geography across South Wales. She has over 20 years experience as an examiner for both A level and GCSE Geography. She has been a Principal Examiner for the WJEC GCSE Geography specification since 2016, has been involved in the development of the new GCSE specification for Wales and is a principal examiner for this specification.
Stephanie Robinson
Steph Robinson is currently Head of Geography at Pencoedtre High School, Barry.
She is an assistant principal examiner and senior examiner for WJEC GCSE and also examines for WJEC at A level. Steph has extensive experience as a classroom teacher of 22 years at middle and senior leader level across a range of schools. Steph is also a member of the Geographical Association special interest group (GA SIG).
